# Governance Token

Meme Ville will be governed by the community through a DAO (Decentralized Autonomous Organization)

Governance Token:

* $MEMEVILLE holders will have power and access proportional to their stake.
* \#MEMEVILLE holders will receive higher rewards than holders of integrated assets within the platform.
* Proposals and Voting: Users will be able to propose and vote on new maps, features, or events.
* Holders will have exclusive access to MEME VILLE locations.
* Exclusive discounts on MEMEVILLE products at marketplace conversion rates using the $MEMEVILLE asset.

###  Staking

 Part of the proposal is to offer APR staking in $MEMEVILLE, as well as other tokens. We will seek to differentiate ourselves by establishing as a key point of the ecosystem: the Meme Ville Blockchain Metaverse Gamified Platform, which will allow users to exchange chains, interact and trade whenever they want, regardless of the chains where asset trades are taking place, as Meme Ville is an interoperable platform.
